Dr. Oakley, Yukon Vet season 4 episode 5, titled "No Bull," follows Dr. Michelle Oakley as she continues her work in the extreme environment of the Yukon. In this episode, Dr. Oakley helps various animals with health issues ranging from infected wounds to calving complications.

The episode begins with Dr. Oakley heading out to a remote farm to check on a calf with a strange wound on its leg. After inspecting the calf, she realizes that a cut is causing the swelling, which could cause long-term damage if left untreated. Dr. Oakley immediately treats the wound with medication and cleans it thoroughly to prevent an infection.

Next, Dr. Oakley is tasked with taking care of a young foal who is struggling to eat properly. The foal is malnourished and has a respiratory issue, which makes the doctor wary of administering medication. Dr. Oakley first tries to improve the foal's diet by feeding it a milk formula, but to no avail. The doctor then consults with other veterinarians and past cases to develop the right medication and dosage to treat the foal's respiratory issues. With the proper medication, the foal's condition improves rapidly.

Later in the episode, Dr. Oakley is called out to a farm where an elk has been injured and is unable to stand or walk. She administers medication to the elk to calm it down and performs a full examination, revealing that the elk has a broken leg. Dr. Oakley and her team work together to stabilize the elk and transport it to a wildlife rehabilitation center, where the elk can receive proper treatment.

The next case involves a young ewe that is struggling with an unusual health problem. The ewe has developed a large lump in her throat, which has made it difficult for her to eat and breathe. After X-raying the ewe, Dr. Oakley discovers a foreign object lodged in her esophagus. Using special equipment, Dr. Oakley successfully removes the object without harming the ewe.

Finally, Dr. Oakley is called to a farm where a cow is having trouble calving. After a thorough examination, Dr. Oakley discovers that the calf is in an abnormal position and must be repositioned manually. This operation requires the help of Dr. Oakley's entire team, as they work for several hours to safely deliver the calf.

Throughout "No Bull," Dr. Oakley faces challenging health problems and performs life-saving procedures on various animals. As always, Dr. Oakley demonstrates her expertise as a veterinarian and a compassionate caregiver for all animals in need.
