Drunk History is a hilarious and informative show that combines intoxication and historical stories. In season 3, episode 13, titled Space, viewers are taken on a journey through the history of space exploration as told by drunk comedians and actors.

The episode begins with host Derek Waters introducing the theme of space, and the first narrator, actress and comedian Paget Brewster, begins her story of astronomer William Herschel. As she tells the story of Herschel's discovery of the planet Uranus while under the influence of alcohol, the scene is hilariously reenacted by actors who lip-sync to the narrator's slurred words.

The next segment features Steve Berg narrating the story of the first monkey sent into space, and how it was actually a group of female monkeys that paved the way for human space flight. Berg's drunken storytelling makes for some laugh-out-loud moments, especially as the reenactors act out the monkeys' space journey.

The third segment, narrated by Adam Conover, takes a more serious tone as he tells the story of Edward H. White, the first American to walk in space, and his tragic death during a later mission. The tragic story is lightened by the actors' comedic interpretation of Conover's drunken narrative.

The last segment of the episode is narrated by Rich Fulcher, who tells the story of the Voyager missions. Fulcher's humorous and often nonsensical storytelling style is perfect for this segment, as the Voyager missions allowed us to discover more about our solar system and the vast expanse of space beyond.

Throughout the episode, viewers are treated to hilarious reenactments of the historical events being narrated. The drunk narrators' inability to form coherent sentences results in often ridiculous scenarios for the actors to play out, making for a highly entertaining and comedic viewing experience.

Despite the show's comedic nature, viewers will still learn a lot about the history of space exploration. From the discovery of Uranus to the tragic death of Edward White, the show covers some of the most significant moments in space history.

In addition to its educational value, the episode is highly entertaining. Each narrator brings a unique comedic style to their segment, resulting in a show that is both informative and funny. The actors' lip-syncing to the narrators' slurred words adds an extra layer of comedy to the already hilarious reenactments.

Overall, the Drunk History season 3 episode 13, Space, is an excellent example of what makes this show so unique. Mixing alcohol, history, and comedy may seem like an odd combination, but the result is a highly entertaining and informative viewing experience.
