In the season 4 episode 10 of Drunk History, titled "S**t Shows," viewers are taken on a journey through some of the wildest and most chaotic moments in history. As always, the episode is narrated by an inebriated comedian who regales us with hilarious and ridiculous stories, while actors and actresses act out the events in increasingly absurd ways.

One of the stories explored in this episode is the infamous Donner party, a group of pioneers who became trapped in the Sierra Nevada mountains during the winter of 1846-47 and resorted to cannibalism to survive. The narrator, slurring his words and giggling uncontrollably, tells the story with wild abandon, recounting the gruesome details of how the group pondered which fellow members of their party to eat first. As actors portray the various members of the Donner party, the story becomes more and more absurd, with exaggerated facial expressions and over-the-top acting.

Another story tackled in this episode is the tale of Boston's Great Molasses Flood in 1919. The narrator, clearly drunk off his rocker, tells the story with a mix of awe and hilarity, marveling at the sheer absurdity of a sticky wave of molasses consuming everything in its path. As the actors reenact the disaster, the viewer can't help but laugh at the ridiculousness of it all, from the panicked screams of the people caught in the flood to the sticky, slow-motion movements of the sticky substance itself.

A third and equally absurd story explored in this episode is the tale of the Chicago Tylenol murders of 1982. The narrator's slurred speech and increasingly wild hand gestures add to the hilarity of the situation as he recounts how bottles of Tylenol were laced with cyanide and sold to unsuspecting customers, causing several deaths. As the actors recreate the events of the murders, the absurdity of the situation is highlighted even further, with exaggerated facial expressions and over-the-top performances.

Throughout the episode, viewers are treated to more and more ridiculous stories, from the brouhaha surrounding disco music in the 1970s to the chaotic Woodstock music festival of 1969. In each story, the drunken narrator revels in the absurdity of the situation, finding humor in even the darkest moments of history.

By the end of the episode, viewers are left both entertained and informed, having learned some bizarre new facts about historical events while also having a good laugh. As always, Drunk History manages to combine humor and education in a way that is both unique and entertaining, leaving us eagerly awaiting the next episode.
