Edens Zero Season 1 Episode 1 Into the Sky Where Cherry Blossoms Flutter

In the far reaches of the Sakura Cosmos, a young boy named Shiki Granbell lives alone on the deserted theme park planet of Granbell Kingdom. As the only human creature on the planet, Shiki has spent much of his time bonding with the machines that inhabit Granbell Kingdom. One day, a group of space adventurers arrive on the planet, including the beautiful and mysterious Rebecca and her robotic cat companion Happy. Rebecca and Happy have been traveling around the cosmos recording videos for their B-Cube channel, and they invite Shiki to be a part of their latest adventure.

As they explore the theme park together, Shiki shows Rebecca and Happy the amazing abilities of the machines that he's come to know as friends. However, as night falls, the group discovers that the machines of Granbell Kingdom are not what they seem. When the machines suddenly turn on them, the adventurers are forced to fight for their lives.

Just when all seems lost, a new figure emerges from the shadows. With a flying blue cat and an arsenal of weapons at his disposal, this stranger helps the team fend off the rampaging machines. It's then that Shiki realizes that this mysterious man is the same person who raised him, and they are revealed to be none other than the legendary space pirate, Shiki's grandfather, Ziggy.

Ziggy reveals to the group that he has been searching for an artifact called the "Mother" that is said to have the power to grant any wish. However, it seems that those who covet this power are willing to do anything to get it, and the group soon finds themselves caught up in a dangerous game of cat and mouse.

As the episode ends, Rebecca and Happy offer to take Shiki on as their newest member, and together they set off into the wide cosmos in search of adventure. With Ziggy hot on their heels and dangerous foes lurking at every turn, the group must work together if they hope to survive the dangers of space and uncover the secrets of the elusive "Mother."
