In Everybody Hates Chris season 2, episode 5, titled "Everybody Hates Malvo," Chris finds himself in trouble when he is accused of stealing a gold chain from a classmate. The only problem is that he didn't do it. Instead, the real culprit is a new student at his school named Malvo, who is known for causing trouble and getting away with it.

In the end, Chris is able to clear his name and catch Malvo in the act of stealing. But more importantly, he learns an important lesson about the impact of stereotypes and the need to challenge them.
