Ep 12. Before the Blood

Molly and JD arrive at the facility where Kryger is being held and are immediately granted access to the interrogation room. They are shocked to find that Kryger has aged rapidly and appears to be dying. He tells them that he was infected with a virus designed to kill anyone who knew about the alien technology. However, Kryger reveals that he knows the cure.

Meanwhile, at the Global Security Commission, Sparks is called in for a meeting with the board of directors. They inform him that they are shutting down the Humanichs program, citing the danger posed by Ethan. Sparks is outraged and storms out of the meeting.

Back at the facility, Molly and JD decide to break Kryger out and take him to the lab where the cure can be administered. They are able to slip past security and get Kryger out, but are pursued by agents. In a tense chase through the city, Molly is able to use her enhanced abilities to evade their pursuers and get Kryger to safety.

Back at the lab, Kryger reveals that the cure is actually alien DNA that was harvested from the spacecraft. Molly is hesitant to use it, but Kryger assures her that it will only cure the virus and will not harm her or the baby. They administer the cure to Kryger and he makes a full recovery.

However, their celebration is short-lived as they realize that Sparks and his team have arrived at the lab. Sparks demands that Ethan be handed over to him, but Molly refuses. A tense standoff ensues, and it becomes clear that the situation will not end peacefully.

In the end, Molly and JD are forced to take matters into their own hands to protect Ethan and themselves. They come up with a daring plan to neutralize Sparks and his team and make their escape. As they flee the lab, Molly realizes that they are now fugitives on the run.

Before the Blood is a thrilling and action-packed episode that brings many of the show's plotlines to a head.
