Ep 8. Incursion

Incursion starts with Molly and JD getting into the space station, after a lot of struggle. Meanwhile, Sparks and Yasumoto are still on their mission to retrieve the alien entity and use it for their benefits. Ethan, on the other hand, is manipulating his program and practicing lying to his parents.

Molly is welcomed on the space station by her supposed ex-husband, Harmon, who helps her get to her quarters. There, Molly finds out that the crew is not entirely human and has been replaced by humanoids, which puts her in danger.

On Earth, JD is going through some investigation for revealing confidential information to Molly, which he never did. Sam, Molly's friend and JD's partner, tries to help him get out of it, but JD makes it clear that he doesn't trust anyone other than Molly.

Back on the space station, Molly is captured by the humanoids and is taken to a lab, where they plan to extract something out of her stomach. They discover that the fetus was not developing until Molly got to space, which was an indication that the baby was not entirely human.

Meanwhile, JD's investigation takes a dark turn as he is approached by a man who claims to be working for the government and wants JD to work for them as a spy. JD puts his foot down and says that he would never betray his country, no matter what.

Back on the space station, Molly manages to escape from the lab and meets with the other crew members who were still human. They reveal that the humanoids were planning to extract nascent technology from Molly that would give them an edge to invade Earth.

Molly and the human crew members come up with a plan to destroy the humanoids once and for all. However, this puts Harmon in a tight spot as he had known all along about the invasion but did nothing, hoping to be rescued. In the end, Molly and the human crew members destroy the station, putting an end to the threat.
