In this episode of First Dates Australia, the restaurant is once again filled with new hopefuls looking for love. The nervous diners are welcomed by the ever-charming maitre d' Fred Sirieix, who tries to put them at ease as they nervously await their dates.

The first couple to arrive are 27-year-old engine fitter Tim and 23-year-old childcare assistant Stacy. Tim is looking for someone confident and independent, while Stacy is looking for someone who can make her laugh. Despite some initial awkwardness, the pair soon hit it off, bonding over their shared love of tattoos and their mutual experiences growing up in the country.

Next up are 31-year-old mining worker Pete and 24-year-old occupational therapist Georgia. Pete is hoping to find someone outdoorsy who shares his sense of humour, while Georgia is looking for someone who can challenge her and isn't afraid to be spontaneous. The date gets off to a rocky start when Pete mistakenly calls Georgia "Tiffany", but they manage to laugh it off and find some common ground discussing their love of fishing and their favourite bands.

The third couple to arrive are 24-year-old marketing coordinator Luke and 28-year-old business owner Kelly. Luke is looking for someone outgoing and adventurous, while Kelly is hoping to find someone genuine and down-to-earth. Despite some early nerves, the pair hit it off over their shared love of travel and their mutual appreciation for good food.

The final couple to arrive are 44-year-old financial adviser Glen and 37-year-old nurse Rebecca. Glen is looking for someone intelligent and ambitious, while Rebecca is looking for someone who is kind and emotionally mature. The conversation gets off to a slow start, with Glen struggling to connect with Rebecca's quieter personality. However, they soon find common ground when they discover their shared interest in hiking and exploring the great outdoors.
