In cell block 6, Steve and Dave hear loud noises and footsteps coming from an empty cell which is later discovered to be the cell of a prisoner who died mysteriously. They also capture a figure on thermal camera which seems to vanish into thin air. In the punishment cells, Donna and Brian hear faint voices and footsteps. They also capture a shadow figure creeping around the cell.

The team concludes their investigation in the prison's hospital wing where they capture an EVP (Electronic Voice Phenomenon) that seems to be an intelligent response to one of their questions. At the end of the investigation, the team compiles the evidence they have collected and presents it to Sean Kelley, who is thrilled with the results.
