Ghost Whisperer Season 1 Episode 11 Shadow Boxer

Melinda is collaborating with boxing manager Ray Preston to help a ghost who died in the ring. Preston believes his fighter, boxer Roman, is being haunted by the ghost of another fighter who died in the ring decades ago. Melinda discovers that the ghost is not the other fighter, but rather Roman's own father, who was also a boxer and died of a heart attack during one of Roman's childhood fights. Melinda helps Roman understand his father's presence and the anger he feels towards him for refusing to let him follow in his footsteps. They eventually come to terms with their past and the ghost of Roman's father is able to move on to the afterlife.

Meanwhile, Melinda's friend Andrea is having a hard time dealing with the recent death of her father. Melinda tries to help her cope with her grief and connect with her dad's spirit. However, things take a strange turn when Andrea begins to feel a dark presence in her home. Melinda discovers that the presence is a shadow spirit that feeds on negative emotions like grief and anger. With Melinda's help, Andrea is able to confront her grief and find peace, causing the shadow spirit to disappear.

The episode ends with Melinda and her husband Jim discussing the possibility of having children, as Melinda begins to wonder if she could pass on her abilities to her future children.
