The episode starts off with the main character, Touko Fukami, waking up to a beautiful sunny day. She gets dressed for the day and sets out to meet her friends. Meanwhile, her friend Sachi Nagamiya is seen practicing her violin solo for the upcoming competition. She is interrupted by her brother telling her about a summer festival that is being planned in their town.

Touko and her friends Hina Fukamiya and Yukinari Imi arrive at Sachi's house to surprise her. They congratulate her on the progress she has made with her violin and offer to help her with it. The group then discusses the upcoming festival and decides to participate in it. They brainstorm ideas for their stall and decide to do a fortune telling booth.

Later, they visit the maestro glassblower's studio to learn more about his craft. The group is in awe of the intricate designs and colors of the glass he creates. They ask if they can try glassblowing themselves, but the maestro declines and tells them that it takes years to master the craft.

The next day, Sachi and Touko have a heart-to-heart conversation about their dreams and aspirations. Sachi talks about her passion for the violin and her desire to win the competition, while Touko expresses her love for drawing and her uncertainty about her future. They both encourage each other and promise to support each other's dreams.

As the day of the festival approaches, the group works hard to prepare for their fortune telling booth. They decorate their stall with colorful fabrics and crystals and create a menu of different fortunes to choose from. The festival begins and the group's booth is a hit. People flock to their stall to get their fortunes told and are amazed by the accuracy of the readings.

As the day comes to an end, the group reflects on the success of their booth and the fun they had at the festival. Touko is inspired by the maestro's glassblowing and decides to venture into other art forms, while Sachi feels more confident about her violin playing.

The episode ends with the group looking up at the night sky and admiring the stars. They make a wish on a shooting star and promise to continue supporting each other's dreams.

Overall, the second episode of GLASSLIP focuses on the themes of friendship, ambition, and creative expression. The episode shows the characters bonding over their shared passion for the arts and supporting each other's dreams. The festival serves as a backdrop for the group's personal growth and brings them one step closer to realizing their aspirations.
