Ep 1. The Subsidence Adventure

As Billy and Patty dig deeper, they uncover a web of corruption and greed surrounding the tech billionaire's land deal. They also encounter a group of protesters who are fighting against the development of the land. The protesters are led by a passionate young woman named Marisol Silva, played by Tania Raymonde.

As the episode progresses, the stakes get higher and the danger increases. Billy and Patty are up against some powerful people who will stop at nothing to protect their interests. The episode builds towards a tense and dramatic conclusion that sets the stage for the rest of the season.
