Gordon Ramsay's Shark Bait is 2011 documentary created and starring Hell's Kitchen wonder chief, Gordon Ramsay. The documentary takes a in depth and personal look into the world of shark hunting, primarily the shark fin trade. The documentary received a great deal of buzz upon it's release for two primary reasons. The first was that while filming the documentary Ramsay was actually twice attacked by illegal shark hunters, once with a bucket of oil and the second time with guns. The other controversy surrounding the documentary is the fact that Ramsay himself often served endangered species in his own restaurants and encouraged others to eat them (such as Skate).

However, his adamant stance in the documentary, as well as the fact that he made it seems to suggest that he has since changed his stance on the issue wholeheartedly.

Gordon Ramsay's Shark Bait is a series that is currently running and has 1 seasons (1 episodes). The series first aired on August 9, 2011.
