Ep 6. Love Galore

As soon as grown-ish season 2 episode 6 titled Love Galore began, we know what the main characters were up to. The series has always been a great representation of how life is for college students, and this episode was no exception.

The episode kicked off with Zoey (played by Yara Shahidi) still blushing about her date with Cash Mooney, while Aaron (played by Trevor Jackson) and Luca (played by Luka Sabbat) seemed to be at odds. On the other side, Nomi (played by Emily Arlook) and Ana's (played by Francia Raisa) new roommate is not so pleasing to the eyes and they are both struggling to get along with her.

As the episode contiued, Zoey and Cash were still flirting with each other with Zoey trying to keep their "chill" relationship under control. With each passing day, her feelings grow stronger, making her more and more possessive. But Cash's actions were not making things better either. He was doing things that were not leaving Zoey with much of a choice but to give in to her feelings towards him.

Meanwhile, Aaron and Luca were having trouble communicating with each other causing their friendship to come under a bit of strain. Luca wanted to get involved in a project with Aaron, but Aaron didn't think he was needed. As Luca worked to prove his worth, Aaron was constantly frustrated with him and his supposed lack of focus, putting their friendship at risk.

As for Nomi and Ana, they were having a tough time adjusting to their new roommate who was acting as if they were invading her space. The situation came to a boiling point when their roommate Sasha invited her boyfriend over for a visit, and Nomi was forced to sleep in the living room. The girls saw this as a blatant disregard for their feelings, leading to an explosive confrontation.

Overall, Love Galore was another great episode of grown-ish. The show continues to bring in diverse storylines, which make us all re-examine some of our biases and prejudices. The show tackles sensitive and important topics relevant to current-day society, and this episode is no different.

The episode had a good balance as it explored relationships and various challenges that came with these relationships. Zoey's and Cash's relationship had Zoey constantly struggling to avoid losing herself to her feelings while Aaron and Luca showed us the struggles that come with two people working together while still trying to maintain their friendship.

The subplot with Nomi, Ana and their new roommate brought in a different angle and showed just how hard it can be for new people trying to fit in. It addressed the issue of living with people you don't like and having to find a way to coexist.

In all, Love Galore was another great episode of grown-ish and it continued to prove its relevance and importance in today's culture. The show is a must-watch for anyone looking to enjoy a great story that both entertains and educates.
