Ep 15. Over My Head

In the fifteenth episode of Grown-ish season 3 called "Over My Head," we see Zoey (Yara Shahidi) trying to handle the consequences of her actions from the previous episode. She is struggling to keep up with her school work and the internship she has taken up. Meanwhile, her friends Ana (Francia Raisa) and Jazz (Chloe Bailey) have their own problems to deal with as well.

Ana is still insecure about her relationship with Javi (Henri Esteve), and she starts questioning if he is really into her or not. This leads to her contemplating whether she should break up with him before she gets hurt.

On the other hand, Jazz is preparing for her fashion show and is looking for models to showcase her designs. She approaches Sky (Halle Bailey), but things don't go as planned, and Jazz is left feeling frustrated and unsupported.

All three of them find themselves in situations where they feel overwhelmed and over their head. They come together to support each other, but Zoey is still struggling. She has to confront some harsh truths about her abilities and her future.

At the same time, Aaron (Trevor Jackson) is dealing with his own issues. He is trying to balance his ideologies with his practicality and the need to make money. His girlfriend, Ruby (Jazz Raycole), is still critical of him, which adds to his stress.

Finally, Nomi (Emily Arlook) is dealing with some family issues, which leads her to make a tough decision.

Throughout the episode, we see the characters trying to navigate their own challenges and learning to support each other in the process. They all have to learn to accept and overcome their limitations and not be afraid to ask for help.

"Over My Head" is an emotional episode that highlights the struggles young adults face when trying to succeed in their careers and relationships. It is a relatable portrayal of the challenges of growing up and finding one's place in the world.
