Stu and Didi build a haunted house for Halloween and the Rugrats sneak in, looking for Reptar bars. They get tangled up in the props and Grandpa thinks the place really is haunted. The adults blame Spike for mysterious accidents in the garage, but Tommy believes his pet is innocent. Convinced the accidents are caused by a monster, Tommy talks the other Rugrats into a garage expedition.
