Ep 1. The Woman in White

In the first episode of Haunted's inaugural season, titled "The Woman in White," we are introduced to a family whose seemingly idyllic life takes a terrifying turn when they move into an old, sprawling house in the Pennsylvania countryside.

The family, consisting of a husband and wife, their six-year-old daughter, and the wife's teenage brother, quickly realize that something isn't right with their new home. Doors slam shut on their own, eerie voices can be heard whispering in the night, and inexplicable cold drafts permeate the house.

The daughter, Harper, is the first to encounter the ghostly presence: a pale, spectral figure of a woman who glides silently through the house, her long white dress billowing behind her. Harper is transfixed by the apparition and even begins speaking to her, much to the horror of her parents.

As the family continues to experience more and more frightening occurrences - including a terrifying encounter with a demonic entity in the basement - they realize that they may be dealing with a malevolent entity whose intentions are far from benign.

Desperate for answers, they turn to a paranormal investigator to help them identify the source of the hauntings. Through a series of chilling encounters, the investigator pieces together the tragic story of the woman in white and the terrible secrets that the house holds.

As the family begins to unravel the mystery of the hauntings, they must grapple with their own past traumas and fears if they hope to survive the terrors that haunt them. Will they be able to banish the ghostly presence from their home, or will they succumb to its dark, otherworldly powers? The answer lies in "The Woman in White," the gripping first episode of Haunted.
