In the Long Run is a British comedy-drama television series created by and starring Idris Elba. We see the Easmons continue to grapple with what it means to be African in a largely white society, and the ways in which they try to balance their heritage with their desire to fit in. There are also moments of humor and warmth, as the family comes together to support each other through their various struggles.
