In this episode of Judge Faith, titled "Cell Phone Scam; Brooklyn Zoo," two cases are presented before Judge Faith. In the first case, a man named Eric claims that he was scammed by a woman named Donna after he responded to an ad she posted online offering to sell him a new cell phone. Eric says that he met Donna at a shopping center to make the purchase, but quickly realized that the phone she gave him was a fake. He tried to contact her to ask for his money back, but she never answered his calls or texts. Eric is seeking compensation for the $300 he paid for the fake phone.

Donna denies intentionally scamming Eric and says that she got the phone from a friend and thought it was legitimate. She claims that she didn't know anything was wrong with the phone until Eric returned it to her. Donna says that she is willing to give Eric his money back, but doesn't feel like she should be responsible for the full amount since she didn't know that the phone was fake.

In the second case, a woman named Mia is suing her former friend named Lashonda for $1,700 in damages after a visit to the Brooklyn Zoo. Mia says that Lashonda was supposed to be watching her children while they were at the zoo, but instead spent most of the day on her phone and wasn't paying attention to them. Mia says that her son was bitten by a monkey while Lashonda was distracted and that she had to take him to the hospital for medical treatment. Mia says that Lashonda should have to pay for the medical bills and other associated expenses.

Lashonda denies that she was negligent while watching the kids and says that she was only on her phone briefly to take a work call. She claims that Mia's son was bitten when he stuck his hand into the monkey enclosure despite her warnings not to do so. Lashonda says that it is not her responsibility to pay for the medical bills since she was not the one who caused the injury.

Throughout the episode, Judge Faith listens to the arguments from both sides and examines evidence presented in court. She tries to determine whether Donna intentionally scammed Eric and if Lashonda was negligent in her duties as a babysitter. After carefully considering all of the evidence, Judge Faith makes her final ruling in each case.

Overall, this episode of Judge Faith highlights the importance of careful communication and attention to detail. It serves as a reminder to always be wary of potential scams and to take responsibility for our actions when caring for others.
