Faith is on the verge of a breakdown as her tightrope life begins to unravel around her. With the threat from Gael Reardon looming ever closer, things are only set to get worse. Meanwhile, DI Breeze is particularly interested in Faith's whereabouts on the night of Evan's disappearance, forcing her to keep her cool whilst she evades his constant scrutiny. Grace finds herself united with Max, despite Steve's warnings against him, and their relationship begins to flourish whilst they investigate the biggest case of their careers. Despite Faith's plea for help, Evan's mum is still nowhere to be found, meaning the stakes are getting higher as time ticks down.
