In this mystery drama series, a professional woman leaves her London public relations job and moves to a small village, where she tries to live a quiet, unassuming life. As often happens in small towns, inexplicable crimes start happening, and Agatha finds herself using her previously undiscovered sleuthing skills to bring the perpetrators to justice. The series was launched after the broadcast of the pilot film Agatha Raisin and the Quiche of Death. That film initially aired on the Sky 1 network in December 2014, and the series launched in June 2016.
