Ep 5. The New You

In "Kidding" season 1, episode 5, titled "The New You," Jeff begins to embrace the idea of letting go of his grief and starting fresh. He hires a personal trainer, encourages his crew to seek new creative directions, and even decides to try out a new hairstyle. However, his attempts at change are met with resistance from those around him, including his ex-wife who doubts his commitment to self-improvement. Meanwhile, Jeff's father struggles with his own emotional baggage as he attempts to repair his relationship with his son. As Jeff tries to transform his life, he confronts the harsh realities of letting go of the past and moving forward into the unknown future.
