The Council episode from the Kirby Jenner season 1 is the second episode of the show that offers a unique perspective on the famous family of Kendall Jenner and her look-alike twin brother, Kirby Jenner. The reality show follows the life of Kirby Jenner, who claims to be Kendall Jenner's fraternal twin brother, but most fans believe that he is a fake personality used for fun.

In this second episode, Kirby learns that being a part of the Kardashian family comes with a lot of perks, but also a lot of responsibilities. It's not just about looking good and having fun all day. Kirby discovers that there is more to being part of the Kardashian clan, especially if one intends to maintain the celebrity status indefinitely. Hence, Kirby feels compelled to step up efforts and find a way to impress the council of Kardashians, who control the family legacy.

The council comprises Kris Jenner and her daughters Kourtney Kardashian, Kim Kardashian, Khloe Kardashian, Kendall Jenner, and Kylie Jenner, who are responsible for making crucial decisions regarding the family business, branding, and image. For Kirby, getting the approval of the council means getting an entirely different kind of approval, one that ultimately guarantees his star status and potential endorsements.

Although Kirby sees himself as an equal member of the family in many ways, the council's seat is for blood relatives only, and he has to do something extraordinary to prove himself. On the road to impressing the council, Kirby tries out a few things that go hilariously wrong and even lead him to consider getting a facelift like Kim Kardashian. So, Kirby seeks help from a Hollywood insider, Paris Hilton’s best friend, Kim Kardashian’s ex-assistant, and owner of a popular club in West Hollywood Jonathon Cheban, who gives Kirby a rundown on the do’s and don'ts of being a celebrity.

Kirby's desperate attempts to gain council acceptance lead him to confront Kylie about the family's product line of lip kits, which Kirby claims should include a flavor named after him. The lip kit conversation quickly evolves into a competition between Kirby and Kylie, as they try to outdo each other by getting even more ridiculous with their lip kit naming ideas.

Apart from Kirby's efforts to join the council, the episode features a few celebrities who the Kardashian family has tried to help throughout the years. There is a cameo appearance from NBA superstar Blake Griffin and his "handler," as well as Jeff Wittek, an internet star and former hairstylist to the Kardashians.

Overall, Kirby Jenner's The Council episode is an excellent follow-up to the first episode and provides viewers with a great deal of humor, fun, and unforgettable Kardashian antics. Whereas Kirby's efforts to join the council do not end well, the episode ends on a high note with the Kardashian family set to embark on a unique project that will undoubtedly lead to more shenanigans and fun in subsequent episodes.
