Legend of The Phoenix is a Chinese television drama that premiered in April 2019. It was produced by Tencent Penguin Pictures and aired on Tencent's video streaming platform. This romantic fantasy drama stars He Hong Shan as the lead character, Feng Zhi Wei, and is set in the legendary kingdom of Feng.

Feng Zhi Wei is a talented young woman who is the daughter of the prime minister. She is known for her intelligence and her ability to read people's emotions. However, her father arranges her marriage to the prince in order to strengthen their political alliance. Feng Zhi Wei is devastated when she learns about the arranged engagement, and decides to escape from the palace to try to find a way to break off the engagement.

During her journey, she meets and falls in love with two men. One is a skilled warrior named Rong Le who is in search of a mysterious object that he believes will help him unlock the secrets of his past. The other is a gentle scholar named Yin Xue who is kind and loyal to his friends.

Feng Zhi Wei's journey becomes even more complex when she learns that she is actually the last surviving member of the royal family in Feng. This leads to a power struggle within the kingdom as different factions vie for control. Meanwhile, Feng Zhi Wei must choose between her duty to her kingdom and her own desires, as she struggles to find a way to establish peace and happiness for herself and those she loves.

The Legend of The Phoenix features stunning visuals and an engaging storyline. The costumes and set design are beautifully crafted, and the special effects are top-notch. The cast is talented, with He Hong Shan giving a strong performance as the lead character.
