Let's Get Physical is a comedy series that follows the protagonist, Joe (Matt Jones), a slacker who is stuck in a rut after the passing of his father. Joe's father was a famous aerobics pro, and he left behind a multi-million dollar inheritance, but only if Joe competes in and wins this year's aerobics competition. Joe, who is physically unfit and hasn't spoken to his father in years, has to compete against his father's arch-rivals and his own siblings.

The series takes place in New Jersey, where Joe lives a carefree life as a pizza delivery boy. He has always shunned the limelight and never took any interest in his father's famous aerobics gym. All that changes when his dad's widow, Janet (Jane Seymour), shows up with some bad news: Joe will only inherit his father's fortune if he wins the upcoming championships.

Joe has an even bigger problem than inheriting the money, though. His siblings, his former best friend, and his father's old rival, Barry Cross (Chris Diamantopoulos), are determined to win the aerobics championship, leaving Joe with very little chance of success. The clock is ticking, and Joe has to get into shape and get his act together in time for the championship. Joe's former best friend, Claudia (AnnaLynne McCord), who is now Barry's fiancé, complicates matters for him by joining Joe's team at the last minute.

The show is shot in a quirky and colorful style, capturing the neon-hued eighties, with an over-the-top and zany sense of humor. AnnaLynne McCord's performance as Claudia is one of the highlights of the show. Claudia, who has a mysterious past with Joe, is a strong-willed and ambitious character who is not afraid to take risks.

The show explores themes of family, legacy, and finding oneself, amidst the backdrop of the competitive and high-stakes world of aerobics. The music and dance sequences are an integral part of the show, with catchy eighties tunes providing the perfect soundtrack to the neon-lit world of aerobics.

David Rossetti plays Barry's over-the-top sidekick, Doris, who is constantly at odds with Claudia. Doris is a high-strung, flamboyant character who adds some comic relief to the show. Throughout the series, Joe learns about his father's past, his own inner demons and develops a newfound admiration and respect for aerobics.

Overall, Let's Get Physical is a fun and lighthearted series that doesn't take itself too seriously. It's a throwback to the neon-hued, eighties, while exploring themes of family and self-discovery. The show captures the essence of the competitive world of aerobics and is an entertaining watch for those who enjoy a healthy dose of comedy and nostalgia.

Let's Get Physical is a series that is currently running and has 1 seasons (8 episodes). The series first aired on January 24, 2018.
