Ep 5. I Want to Whistle

The show Little Princess is a children's animated series revolving around the life of a young princess named Little Princess. Season 1 episode 5 is titled "I Want to Whistle".

The episode begins with Little Princess waking up and realizing that she wants to learn how to whistle. She tries to whistle, but her attempts are unsuccessful. She then decides to ask the Royal Gardener, who is whistling while he works, to teach her how to whistle. The Royal Gardener agrees to teach her and shows her how to purse her lips and blow air through them.

At first, Little Princess finds it difficult to whistle and gets frustrated with herself. But she doesn't give up and keeps trying. After many attempts, she finally produces a whistle sound. She is delighted and wants to show everyone her new skill. She goes around the castle whistling, but her whistle isn't very impressive.

Later, Little Princess hears some birds whistling outside her window. She thinks that their whistling is beautiful and wants to learn how to whistle like them. She goes to the Royal Birdwatcher and asks him to teach her how to whistle like a bird. The Royal Birdwatcher shows her some bird calls and teaches her how to mimic them.

Little Princess practices the bird calls and becomes quite good at them. She even manages to attract some birds to come to her. She is thrilled and wants to show everyone her new skill. So, she goes around the castle pretending to be a bird.

However, her bird calls begin to annoy the other residents of the castle. They ask her to stop, but Little Princess doesn't understand why they aren't enjoying her bird calls as much as she is. The King and Queen explain to her that while her whistling and bird calls are impressive, they can be annoying to others, especially if they are done too frequently and loudly.

Little Princess realizes that she needs to be considerate of others and not do things that would bother them. She decides to only whistle and do bird calls when she is outside and not around other people. She also makes a promise to only do them for a short period of time.

The episode ends with Little Princess whistling and doing bird calls outside in the garden, surrounded by birds and enjoying herself. She is happy that she learned how to whistle, but even happier that she was able to learn a valuable lesson in consideration for others.
