Little Princess season 1 episode 6, titled "I Want My Dummy," revolves around the tantrums of Princess and her apparent dependence on her dummy. The lively, curious, and bubbly Princess, like every child out there, has a special attachment to her dummy that aids her in moments of separation anxiety, boredom, or just when she needs a moment of peace. However, when she loses her dummy in the garden, chaos ensues, and she drives everyone up the wall.

The episode begins with Little Princess on a beautiful sunny day, playing in the garden with her friends. She is the perfect picture of innocence and joy, running around, jumping up and down, and making goofy faces. However, as the day progresses, she becomes increasingly irritable and fussy. Her friends' attempts to placate her fail, and soon, she throws a tantrum that shakes the ground beneath her father's feet. Exasperated, he tries to diffuse the situation by offering her an alternative to her dummy-a toy horse trotting by in the garden. However, nothing works.

When her father asks for the reason behind her tantrum, Little Princess blurts out that she has lost her dummy. Her dummy, the one thing that gives her comfort when she needs it the most. Her father tries to reason with her that dummies are a thing of the past, and that she should get rid of it as she grows older. But the Princess refuses stubbornly, and insists that she needs it. Her dad leaves her with her nanny, Charlotte, who tries to distract her by springing into action, baking her favorite cupcakes and telling her stories, but to no avail.

The whole ordeal becomes a nuisance and a problem for everyone she interacts with, and the Princess refuses to budge from her position. It soon becomes a matter of concern for everyone, and they try to solve it by various means. Her mother suggests getting rid of the dummy, while her grandfather suggests a drawing competition to take her mind off it. Both fail. It isn't until the Princess learns the importance of friendship that she realizes she needs to change her attitude.

When the Princess's friends learn about her predicament, they come up with the perfect solution. They decide to launch a hunt for the lost dummy, and soon everyone is on the task. They go from the garden to the kitchen and even to the laundry room, searching for the lost dummy.

However, the highlight of the episode is when Little Princess begrudgingly agrees to watch her sister's ballet performance, and with her friend helping her, she learns the importance of friendship. The ballet performance is excellent, and when the Princess's friend points out that her sister is keeping her dummy safe in the wings, the Princess is filled with joy and satisfaction. She finally understands that her friends will be there for her in moments of stress and anxiety, and she doesn't need to be too reliant on her dummy anymore.

The episode ends with the Princess finally giving up her dummy, once and for all. She acknowledges that it's a thing of the past and that she is too grown up to need it anymore. The show highlights the importance of friendship, companionship, and the ever-evolving process of growing up. The episode rightly portrays the tantrums and the dependence of children on comfort objects, and how our friends play a significant role in helping us overcome our fears and insecurities.
