Yoo Jae-ha, a famous singer, decides to consult with Heo Im about his difficulty breathing which he suspects is related to his alcohol consumption. Heo Im suggests that the singer performs accupuction but Yoo Jae-ha was afraid to suffer a potential needle phobia.
To address this, Heo Im engaged Seo-hyeon to be the double for him to perform the accupuction while he talks the singer through it. Seo-hyeon, who has been working as a model, readily agreed to take the job after listening to the stories of Heo Im.
The procedure was successful but afterwards, Seo-hyeon finds herself having to deal with a couple of unexpected side effects. Elsewhere, Choi Yeon-kyung struggles to deal with a difficult case, leading to a confrontation with Heo Im.
Meanwhile, Heo Im deals with his own challenges when he learns that his brother's health has taken a turn for the worse. Desperate to see him, Heo Im turns to the help of a woman with a mysterious agenda.
As the episode progresses, the characters confront difficult situations that reveal their vulnerabilities and strengths. Heo Im's relationship with Choi Yeon-kyung is tested yet again, as they struggle to balance their professional disagreements with their personal feelings. Seo-hyeon also has to deal with the unexpected consequences of her decision to help Heo Im.
