Loaded is a British comedy-drama series that premiered on AMC in 2017. The show focuses on four friends who become overnight millionaires after selling their mobile gaming company, Cat Factory, to an American company. The main cast includes Jim Howick as Josh, Samuel Anderson as Leon, Nick Helm as Watto, and Jonny Sweet as Ewan.

The show is set in London and explores the lives of four friends who are all in their thirties and have been working on their mobile game, Cat Factory, for years. Josh is the CEO of the company and is keen on building something that will change the world. Leon is the creative director, who is constantly trying to come up with new ideas for the game. Watto is the lead artist and is known for being reckless and impulsive. Ewan is the CFO of the company, and his job is to keep the finances in check.

When the group sells Cat Factory for millions of pounds, their lives are turned upside down. Suddenly, they have more money than they know what to do with, and they quickly realize that being a millionaire isn't as easy as it seems. They all have to navigate the challenges of newfound wealth, such as how to invest their money, how to make new friends, and how to deal with the jealousy and envy of those around them.

The show highlights the challenges that come with wealth, including family issues, relationship problems, and personal insecurities. Each of the characters has their own personal demons to overcome, and the show delves into their struggles as they navigate their new lives.

Josh, for example, is a workaholic who struggles to let go of his company even after he's sold it. He finds himself working on new projects and struggling to let go of his old life. Leon, on the other hand, is struggling with his creative abilities, and he feels like he's losing touch with what made Cat Factory so successful in the first place.

Watto is the most reckless of the group, and he struggles to adjust to his newfound wealth. He starts spending money on things he doesn't need and makes impulsive decisions that put his future in jeopardy. Ewan, the most level-headed of the group, starts to realize that he may have sold the company for less than it was worth, and he becomes obsessed with finding out the truth.

The show is a mix of comedy and drama, with moments of hilarity and heartbreak. The cast is outstanding, with each actor bringing their own unique perspective to their character. The show explores themes that are both relatable and timely, such as the allure of wealth, the importance of friendship, and the value of hard work.

Overall, Loaded is a smart, funny, and poignant show that is well worth watching. It's a testament to the struggles that come with success and the importance of staying true to yourself, no matter how much money you have.
