Ep 5. Paradise

Dud is still reeling from the loss of his father, and struggling to come to terms with the fact that he is now the sole owner of his father's pool maintenance company. Meanwhile, Liz gets some good news about her writing career, and finds herself faced with a difficult decision. When Connie announces she's leaving the lodge to move to Paris, Ernie takes it hard and starts to spiral out of control. While drinking at his favorite bar, Ernie meets Jocelyn, a woman he immediately connects with. As the two of them embark on an adventure around town, Ernie finds himself in a state of euphoria. But when he wakes up the next morning, he's left with a sense of regret and confusion. Meanwhile, Dud comes up with a plan to kickstart the pool business, but finds himself in over his head when a wealthy homeowner uses his services. As Dud struggles to keep up with the demands of his new client, Liz faces a dilemma that could either make or break her career. In the end, the members of the lodge come together to support each other through their individual struggles, reminding them of their shared commitment to a greater purpose.
