  • The Anhui famous chef Zhangshun has been in the cooking business for 30 years, and every year in March, he would return to his hometown to find the best and fattest Mandarin fish to make into salted smelly fish.

  • Growing in Zhejiang Tonglu, there is a wild river fish. The patterns on their body look exactly like the patterns on the rocks, so people call these fish tiny rock patterned fish. Even the slightest moves on the shore would chase them away.
