Adam Richman travels to Minneapolis, Minnesota to take on some of the city's iconic foods in this episode of Man v. Food. The first stop on his culinary journey is at Matt's Bar where he tries the "Juicy Lucy" burger, a local specialty that consists of two hamburger patties with cheese melted in between.
Next, Adam heads to the Triple Rock Social Club to take on the "Death by Pizza Challenge", which involves eating an entire 28-inch pizza packed with spicy sausage, habanero peppers, and other fiery toppings. The challenge is so intense that it requires participants to sign a waiver before attempting it.
Adam also visits Kramarczuk's, a beloved local deli and bakery known for its Eastern European-inspired dishes like pierogis and sausage. Here, he samples their famous Croatian sausage and potato dumplings, and learns about the history of the family-run business that has been serving the community for over 60 years.
As if that wasn't enough food, Adam also stops by the Mall of America to visit the Wahlberg brothers' restaurant, Wahlburgers. He tries their signature burger and a variety of sides, including tater tots and sweet potato tots.
On the sweeter side, Adam heads to Pumphouse Creamery, a local favorite for handmade ice cream. He tastes some of their unique flavors like cornflake and maple syrup, as well as classic flavors like mint chocolate chip.
Throughout the episode, Adam also takes in some of the sights and sounds of Minneapolis, including the iconic Spoonbridge and Cherry sculpture at the Minneapolis Sculpture Garden, and a local brewery where he tries their award-winning beer.
As always, Adam brings his enthusiastic and adventurous spirit to his foodie adventures in Minneapolis, showcasing the best that the city has to offer.
