Miffy visits her grandparents, and learns to make things by putting things together. First she bakes a cake, together with Grandma Bunny, and then she and Grandpa Bunny make a wooden box for the cake to go into. When she arrives home she is very proud of herself...and so are her parents! Miffy has a surprise for her mother. She lets her search everywhere for it: in Miffy's room, the kitchen, and the garden. Then, when Miffy decides to finally show her the surprise, it turns out to be missing! Fortunately, Snuffy is around to help...
