Finally, XXVI - New Asian presents their high-end fine dining experience that draws inspiration from all across the continent. With a team of experienced chefs and front-of-house staff, founder David has created a restaurant that aims to push the limits of Asian cuisine and offer a truly unique culinary experience. From their strikingly presented dishes like the "forest floor" dessert to their elegantly crafted tea pairings, XXVI hopes to wow the judges and secure a substantial investment.
