As the second season of Nanny 911 kicks off, viewers are introduced to the Tieso family. The family consists of mother Cindy, father Bruce, and their three children - Samantha, Ryan, and Charlie. The Tieso family is in dire need of some help when it comes to discipline and routine in their household.

The episode begins with Cindy explaining that she is a stay-at-home mom who has trouble getting her kids to listen and follow through with their daily tasks. Bruce, on the other hand, admits that he is quite lenient and struggles to enforce rules when it comes to his children. Both parents are exhausted and feel overwhelmed with the lack of structure in their household.

Enter Nanny 911 - three highly experienced nannies who are ready to whip the Tieso household into shape. The head nanny, Deborah, wastes no time in diving straight into the family's problems. She observes from a distance as the Tieso children bicker and argue with one another while their parents struggle to maintain control.

Deborah quickly identifies that one of the main issues in the household is that the children aren't listening to their parents. She explains that in order for the family to make progress, they need to establish some concrete rules and punishments for breaking them.

With Deborah's guidance, the Tieso family begins to work on their communication skills. Deborah encourages both parents to set aside time every day to sit with their children and discuss how they are feeling. This helps the children feel heard and understood, while also providing an effective solution for conflict resolution in the household.

As Deborah continues to work with the family, she begins to establish a routine that everyone can follow. This includes a set wake-up time, meal times, and designated playtime. By enforcing a daily routine, the Tieso children start to thrive and become more obedient to their parents' requests.

One of the biggest challenges for the family is their youngest son Charlie, who is prone to outbursts and temper tantrums. Deborah spends some one-on-one time with Charlie to get to the root of his behavior. She quickly identifies that Charlie has a lot of pent-up energy and needs an outlet to express it. With Deborah's help, the family comes up with a plan to take Charlie to the park every day to burn off some of his excess energy.

As the episode progresses, Deborah begins to incorporate more and more structure into the family's routine. This includes a chore chart for the children and a designated time for homework every day. The children start to take pride in their chores and rejoice in the satisfaction of completing them.

The episode culminates in a final family meeting, where Deborah helps the Tieso family establish some long-term goals for their household. This includes the need for Bruce to become more involved in enforcing rules and fostering a stronger connection between him and his children. Deborah also suggests some measures to ensure Cindy takes some time to take care of herself and appreciates her role as the family's backbone.

Overall, the Tieso family episode is a prime example of how Nanny 911 can take a seemingly chaotic household and turn it into a well-oiled machine. Through structure and communication, the Tieso family learns to thrive and become more united.
