This annual exhibition games pits the most popular professional basketball stars in North America against one another. The game has been staged every year since 1951, when it was played at Boston Garden. The 2017 edition of the game was played in New Orleans; originally scheduled to be played in Charlotte, North Carolina, the game was moved by the NBA in protest of a North Carolina law that protects discrimination against LGBTQ citizens.

NBA All-Star Game is a series that is currently running and has 2023 seasons (37 episodes). The series first aired on February 13, 2015.
