Not much happens in sleepy Port Hueneme, California so when a hard working mother of two young boys, Norma Rodriguez, is found dead in her home, it sends shockwaves through the tiny seaside town. The local police department looks to calm concern after the homicide, but when two additional murders hit the town that summer the community is crippled with fear. Rumors of a serial killer run rampant.
