Eviction lawyer Chris is called to Bristol to help 81-year-old ex-army officer Jonathan evict squatters who refuse to give back his land. Eviction expert Paul helps Allen gain possession of his flat when his tenant refuses to move out, and letting agent Paul faces a sticky situation when presented with a guarantor who has been stitched up by his son, who is in turn refusing to pay rent.
