One on One Season 5 Episode 4 Static Clingy

One on One is an American sitcom that aired on UPN from September 2001 to May 2006. The show revolves around a single father named Flex Washington (played by Flex Alexander) who is a sportscaster in Baltimore. The show follows Flex's life as he raises his teenage daughter Breanna (played by Kyla Pratt) and attempts to balance his personal and professional life.

She confides in her best friend Spirit (played by Sicily Sewell-Johnson), but Spirit has her own problems to deal with as she tries to repair a relationship with her estranged father.

Throughout the episode, both Flex and Breanna deal with the ups and downs of their respective love lives. Flex tries to salvage his chances with Nicole, even though he feels like he blew it with his static clingy mishap. Meanwhile, Breanna seeks advice from her father and tries to make a decision about which boy she likes more.
