Ep 2. The Lone Cyborg

Saitama, now a certified hero, is having trouble finding a worthy opponent who can withstand his immense power. Along with his disciple Genos, Saitama attends an open tryout for the Hero Association in the hopes of acquiring a promotion and finding a more challenging opponent.

During the tryouts, a cyborg named Kuseno appears and warns of an impending attack by a group of wasteland monsters. Kuseno requests that Saitama and Genos assist in the battle, and the duo eagerly agrees.

As they make their way to the wasteland, Kuseno reveals that the monsters are being controlled by a mysterious figure known as "the mad cyborg". Genos, who was also once a cyborg before being upgraded by Kuseno, becomes determined to defeat the mad cyborg and asks Saitama for permission to pursue him.

Saitama gives his blessing, and Genos ventures off in search of the mad cyborg while Saitama stays behind to battle the wasteland monsters. However, as Genos comes face to face with the mad cyborg, he realizes that his opponent is not as he seems.

The Lone Cyborg is an action-packed episode filled with intense battles and dramatic revelations about Genos' past. It also showcases the depth of Saitama's humility and his willingness to put aside his own desires in order to help a friend in need.
