In the One Tree Hill season 4 episode 11 titled "Everything In Its Right Place," the residents of Tree Hill are still coping with the aftermath of a devastating hurricane that left their town in shambles. As Nathan struggles to come to terms with his paralysis and the possibility that he may never play basketball again, Haley finds herself torn between her desire to help him and her fear of losing him altogether.
Meanwhile, Brooke struggles with her feelings for Lucas and her guilt over her recent behavior, and Peyton is forced to confront some painful memories from her past when she receives a surprising visit from her estranged father.
