As our heroes enter a ghost town, bad weather forces them to spend the night in what appears to be a haunted house. But they quickly figure out that the giant ghost they see is a fake generated by Team Rocket! Thanks to some translation from Meowth, the villains have learned that a group of Psychic-type Pokemon have taken over the town, and their boisterous partying isn't giving the resident Ghost types a moment's peace. Jessie, James, and Meowth have decided to take the Ghost types' side and create a huge illusion to drive the Psychic types out of town!
