Host Matt Blashaw challenges married couple Mike and Kimba Wingard to finish their gigantic basement, and turn it into the perfect space to throw a party. Matt and guest judge, general contractor Tirion Tompkins, will inspect the new basement and estimate its cost. If their estimate is more than what was actually spent, Mike and Kimba win the difference in cash!! Mike is a busy professional with a more-than full-time job, Kimba has a family to raise, and they both have little remodeling experience.
