Dust In the Wind / Catch a Tiger follows the Rainbow Rangers as they embark on two exciting missions.

In the first half of the episode, 'Dust In the Wind', the Rangers are called to the aid of a community of prairie dogs. The little critters are very upset as their land, once green and flourishing, is now being destroyed by a vicious dust storm. The Rangers immediately set to work, using their unique powers and abilities to help the prairie dogs rebuild their homes and restore their land.

The Rainbow Rangers draw on their own experiences to come up with clever solutions to the problems they face. One ranger uses her powerful vocals to blow the dust away while another uses her water powers to create a little oasis for the prairie dogs to cool off in. They work together seamlessly, each using their unique powers to make a difference.

But their mission to stop the storm is only the beginning. After the storm has passed, the Rangers discover that the prairie dogs are still facing problems. The vegetation in the area has been destroyed, and without it, the prairie dogs will have no food. The Rainbow Rangers must find a way to replenish the land and help the prairie dogs find sources of food. They explore the surrounding areas, using their powers and instincts to locate the perfect spot for the prairie dogs to relocate, where they can thrive and be safe.

In the second half of the episode, 'Catch a Tiger,' the Rainbow Rangers receive a distress call from a zoo. A little boy reports that a tiger has escaped from its enclosure and is causing chaos in the zoo. The Rangers suit up and head out to the zoo, using their rainbow powers to fly through the sky and arrive in seconds.

Once inside the zoo, the Rangers work to locate the escaped tiger, quickly realizing that it is searching for something. They need to find out what the tiger wants, so they split up to cover more ground. One ranger uses their gift for animal communication to speak with the other animals in the zoo, hoping to gain some insight into the tiger's behavior. Another ranger uses her heightened senses to track the tiger down.

After some investigation, the Rangers find that the tiger is searching for its lost cub. The cub had wandered away from the enclosure, and the tiger had escaped in search of it. The Rangers realize that they must help the tiger find its cub and return it to safety. They use their combined power to track down the cub, taking care to ensure that both the tiger and the cub are safe and secure.

With the mission accomplished, the Rangers fly back home, feeling grateful that they have once again been able to make a difference in the lives of those around them. The Rainbow Rangers remain vigilant and ready for their next adventure, wherever it may take them.
