Along with Lakshman, he searches for Rakshas and eventually comes face to face with him. Rakshas is a fearsome demon who possesses great strength and magical powers. He challenges Lord Rama to a battle and the two engage in a fierce fight.

Despite Rakshas' strength and magical powers, Lord Rama manages to defeat him with the help of his divine arrow. The old woman is overjoyed and grateful to Lord Rama for saving her son and rewards him with many blessings. Lord Rama and his companions then return to their home in Chitrakoot.

The rest of the episode focuses on Lord Rama's life in the forest of Chitrakoot. He spends his days hunting, meditating and spending time with his wife Sita and brother Lakshman. The forest is full of wonders and Lord Rama encounters many sages and holy men who teach him valuable lessons about life and spirituality.
