The episode opens with Reggie sitting in his office, obsessing over his logo design for Groomtech, the company he works for. He is unhappy with the logo and cannot seem to find the perfect design that will impress his boss, CJ. Meanwhile, his colleague, Jasmine, is constantly interrupting his work with trivial chatter, adding to his already irritated state.

Reggie's workday is interrupted when he receives a call from his wife, Nicola, who tells him that their daughter's pet rabbit has died. Reggie agrees to come home and help his daughter, but secretly dreads the thought of having to deal with his family's emotions. Upon arriving at home, Reggie is met with chaos as his daughter and wife are both hysterical over the deceased rabbit. Reggie, unable to cope with the situation, escapes to his shed, where he reflects on his mundane life.

After returning to work, Reggie presents his final logo designs to CJ, who is unimpressed with Reggie's efforts. To make matters worse, Reggie's colleague, Chris, presents his own logo designs, which are met with great enthusiasm from CJ. Reggie is visibly upset and feels like a failure.

The episode takes a turn when Reggie's boss, CJ, invites him to play golf. Reggie believes this could be his opportunity to impress CJ and gain his trust back. On the golf course, Reggie struggles to play and is constantly upstaged by CJ. Reggie's frustration boils over, and he angrily hits a golf ball, which accidentally hits a nearby pedestrian. Horrified by his actions, Reggie runs away and hides.

After calming down, Reggie returns to face the consequences of his actions. Reggie is shocked to find out that the pedestrian he hit was actually a reporter, who is now interested in doing a story on Groomtech.
