B-Girl Jilou, of the crews Nintendo and Jimakeno, lives in Berlin, Germany, and she was born into the arts - with parents who are artists, Jilou was always encouraged to follow her passions.

3. B-Girl Jo's story

B-Girl Jo is part of the Black Ice crew in Bangalore, India, and has been breaking since she was a teenager. Jo's boyfriend introduced her to breaking, but she took the moves and made them her own.

2. B-Girl Paulina's story

B-Girl Paulina of the Breaknuts crew started breaking in 2004 and threw herself completely into learning the moves. Though her life hasn't been easy, Paulina has worked hard and found success.

1. B-Girl Nadia's story

B-Girl Nadia of Da Funky Style crew grew up in Siberia and even as a young girl had tons of energy. Nadia played different sports before finding her sweet spot in breaking.
