Will Cooper, played by Taran Killam, continues on his single parenting journey with his friends and fellow single parents Angie (Leighton Meester), Douglas (Brad Garrett), Miggy (Jake Choi), and Poppy (Kimrie Lewis). In this episode, entitled "Sleepover Ready," Will tries to encourage his shy son, Graham (Tyler Wladis), to make friends by hosting a sleepover.

As the sleepover gets underway, Will starts to relax and have fun with the other parents. Graham also starts to open up and make new friends. However, everything comes to a grinding halt when a surprise guest shows up and causes chaos in the house.
