Ep 6. No Judgement

The show Sistas season 1 episode 6 is titled "No Judgement". In this episode, each of the four friends - Andi, Karen, Danni, and Sabrina - are dealing with their own personal struggles and secrets, and they all struggle to keep them from each other.

Andi is still grappling with her complicated feelings for her ex, Gary, and the fact that he's now engaged to his new girlfriend. Karen has a new case at work where she must defend a man who has been accused of sexual assault. This creates conflict for her because she herself is a survivor of sexual assault. She confides in Sabrina, who tries to be supportive but ultimately finds herself unable to understand Karen's experience.

Sabrina, on the other hand, is dealing with the aftermath of her breakup with her married boyfriend. She turns to drinking and partying to cope with her pain, which worries her friends. Andi tries to intervene and convince Sabrina to seek therapy.

Throughout the episode, the four friends also deal with the judgments and biases of others. Karen's white coworker assumes she is biased against the man she is defending due to his race. Andi and Sabrina face judgment from a group of men while out at a club. Meanwhile, Danni is upset when her father makes homophobic comments about her cousin.

Ultimately, the friends come together to support each other through their challenges and conflicts. They learn to be honest and vulnerable with each other, and to not judge or assume the worst about each other. The episode ends with all four friends sharing a moment of laughter and friendship.
