The final stop on the music tour of Europe is Paris, the City of Light and one of the world's great cultural centers. Rudy visits the Opera Garnier, the stunning building that served as the inspiration for Gaston Leroux's Phantom of the Opera. He then travels to the famous Moulin Rouge to experience the city's famous cabaret scene first-hand.
